About Palmeras Javea:

Beaches, restaurants and shops are all less than 5 minutes away by car, but there is plenty to see and do at the villa. The gardens are very private and feature a long sweeping drive, bordered by palms. There is a boules tank, large sun terraces, BBQ area and also a citrus orchard, where depending on the time of year you visit, you will be able to pick your own oranges, grapefruit and limes.

Outside:

There is a tennis court where the owner provides a few raquets and balls, however serious players should bring their own equipment. In addition there is a fabulous pool bordered by sun terraces, along with seating and sun loungers.

The upper dining terrace is a special place and is shaded by palms and an awning. The terrace features two Moroccan style tile top tables and is a great place to dine by candle light and watch the sun go down.

Inside:

There is a large L shaped conservatory with comfortable sofas and rustic wicker chairs where guests can enjoy a morning coffee whilst looking out over the gardens. This area links to the main living area which features a minstrel's gallery, chandelier, more comfortable sofas, antique marble and glass furniture as well as a small library. There is English satellite TV, a DVD player and music system. The kitchen has a serving hatch to the main dining room, but in summer guests usually dine on the outside patio. The ground floor has a utility room with washing machine, freezer and storage for parasols, tennis and pool equipment.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

The sleeping accommodation is on two floors, with the downstairs bedrooms being slightly smaller than the upstairs. Both downstairs rooms have twin beds (this can be changed if there is sufficient notice). The first downstairs bedroom has an ensuite shower room, whilst the second has airconditioning and is served via a separate downstairs bathroom.

The Master Bedroom is furnished to a high standard and is comfortable and spacious. There is a small balcony terrace with views over the garden, airconditioning in both the main bedroom and walk-in dressing room. There is also an ensuite shower room.

The second upstairs double bedroom is slighly smaller, but has an ensuite shower room, balcony with mountain views,air conditioning and also a TV linked to the satellite system.
