How to make an on-line reservation

holiday villa rental in Spain

Bookings can be made by clicking the Book Now! link at the top of the page, or via the links marked "check availability" found on the 'rates and availability' chart. This will take you to the calendar page managed on our behalf by Villabreak Spain Direct.

To book, simply click on the first available date shown on the calendar. The start date will show on the calendar with a circle around it.

The price for that week will be displayed above the calendar. You need to now select your departure day. Palmeras mainly books from Saturday to Saturday in high season, and the calendar will show the available departure days as a date which is underlined.

Once you have selected your departure date, the booking summary page is displayed. At the time of writing, a refundable inventory deposit will be required with the payment of the balance. This will be displayed in the total payable section, but will be refunded within 14 days of departure.

How to pay for your Spanish holiday rental:

Payments have to be made in Euros and the price is displayed in the local currency. Once you have filled out all the information in the booking form, you have the option to pay the deposit via credit card. If you choose this option, a link will take you to the secure PayPal payment server where you will be able to make your payment. Once the payment has been accepted, your booking will be confirmed via email.

If you prefer not to pay via credit card you will receive an email confirming your booking request and holding the accommodation for a few days whilst an invoice and payment instructions are sent out.

Booking confirmation:

The booking is only confirmed once 30% of the total rental has been received. The balance, together with a refundable deposit of 500€ must be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay. If your booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. The inventory deposit will be returned by transfer after final inspection, within 14 days of departure.

Notes to rental rates:

A welcome pack of provisions is included free of charge. Rental charges provide for the cleaning prior to arrival only. To ensure that the property can be prepared in time for the next client, please leave the property as you would expect to find it. Check in time after 3:30pm, departure by 10:00am.
